**Job Title: Cable Assembly Operator** **Job Description** + Join our team as a Cable Assembly Operator, working on the first shift from 5am to 1:30pm, with flexibility to start at 4am and availability on some Saturdays. + This role involves basic manufacturing, assembly, labeling cables, packaging, in-process testing, and operation of basic hand tools within the production/manufacturing environment. **Responsibilities** + Perform bench-top assembly using various manufacturing equipment for prepping, stripping, tinning, crimping, and soldering medical cables. + Accurately record process documentation. + Interpret, read, and follow all work instructions and engineering drawings. + Comply with all safety requirements including manufacturing practices, procedures, standard operating procedures, and documentation. + Utilize basic measurement skills with hand tools and electronic equipment such as rulers, scales, micrometers, and calipers. **Essential Skills** + Proficiency in assembly and soldering. + Experience as an operator in a cleanroom environment. + Ability to use hand tools effectively. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Minimum 3 to 6 months of experience, preferably 2 to 3 years for higher compensation. + Experience in soldering, particularly with medical devices. + Basic computer skills. **Why Work Here?** + This role offers an opportunity to work in a dynamic manufacturing environment with a focus on precision and quality. + You will be part of a team that values meticulous craftsmanship and adherence to safety standards. + Enjoy a supportive work culture that encourages professional growth and development. **Work Environment** + You will work in a manufacturing and assembly line setting, utilizing cleanroom practices and equipment. + The role requires adherence to safety and operating procedures, fostering a safe and productive work environment. **Job Type & Location** This is a Contract position based out of Costa Mesa, California. **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $21.00/hr.
