**Job Summary:** We are looking for a skilled and dependable Mechanical Assembler to join our production team. As an assembler, you will play a key role in building world-class machines. You’ll work in a fast-paced, precision-driven environment where quality and teamwork are essential. **Key Responsibilities:** + Assemble mechanical components and subassemblies for machines according to engineering drawings and specifications. + Use hand tools, power tools, and torque equipment to complete assembly tasks. + Perform quality checks to ensure parts meet company standards. + Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet daily production goals. + Identify and report any issues with parts, tools, or assembly processes. + Maintain a clean and organized work area in compliance with safety and 5S standards. + Assist in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and product quality. **Qualifications:** + High school diploma or equivalent. + 1+ year of mechanical assembly experience (manufacturing or industrial setting preferred). + Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and work instructions. + Basic mechanical aptitude and familiarity with hand/power tools. + Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality. + Ability to lift up to 30 lbs and stand for extended periods. + Good communication and teamwork skills. **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $20.00/hr.
