Our client, a leader in the toy manufacturing industry, is seeking an Assembler to join their team. As an Assembler, you will be part of the production department supporting the assembly line operations. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, excellent hand-eye coordination, and the ability to work collaboratively, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Assembly

Location: Fort Worth, TX

Pay Range: $15 per hour

Shift: 6am - 4:30pm M-Th + OT as needed

What's the Job?

Perform 1st line assembly tasks according to established procedures. Ensure quality standards are met during the assembly process. Collaborate with team members to optimize workflow and efficiency. Maintain a clean and organized work area. Report any issues or discrepancies to the supervisor promptly.

What's Needed?

No prior experience required; training will be provided. Ability to follow instructions and work in a fast-paced environment. Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality. Basic problem-solving skills. Willingness to work as part of a team.
