岗位职责

主要职能包括以下内容，但不限于此：

1)积极关注成本节约，努力消除工作中的8大浪费。2)做好个人和团队的安全管理，遵守公司安全规范，。3)完成生产任务。4)积极改善工位内的浪费5)严格执行公司的其他各项规章制度, 及时完成主管或班长安排的其他工作。

岗位要求

1)具备正直品格、强烈的责任心和安全意识2)具备团队激励和技能培训，能够有效解决员工沟通问题，提升班组凝聚力。3)具备良好的质量意识和高度的责任心及包容性。4)能阅读简单日常英语阅读能力，了解简单的英语装配术语。5)具备简单计算机操作能力, 包括PPT、Word、Excel等office办公软件。
