Production Assembler – | Entry-Level | Riviera Beach, FL

We are hiring motivated individuals to join our high-volume production team focused on assembling solar panels and control panels. This is a great opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a growing industry with long-term potential.

Pay Rate starts at $20/HR.

Job Overview

As a Production Assembler, you will support the mechanical assembly of solar and control panels. You’ll work with small electronic components and hand tools in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

Key ResponsibilitiesPerform mechanical assembly of solar and control panels using hand and power toolsFollow blueprints and schematics to ensure accurate assemblyHandle small components with precision and careMaintain a clean and organized work areaMeet daily production goals while maintaining quality standardsRequired Skills and ExperienceAt least 6 months of experience in a production or manufacturing environmentComfortable using hand tools and performing mechanical assembly tasksStrong hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity for working with small parts (e.g., microchips, PCBs, SD cards)Ability to read and follow blueprints or schematics is a plusPreferred SkillsSoldering or wiring experienceFamiliarity with assembly line processesBasic understanding of electronics or mechanical systemsPosition DetailsExperience Level: Entry-LevelLocation: Riviera Beach, FLJob Type: Contract with potential for long-term placement

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $19.50 - $19.50/hr.
