Temp-to-Hire position$19.00 /hourFull Time work availableFirst Shift (Monday through Thursday from 06:00am to 04:30pm)• Assemble mechanical parts and products following detailed work instructions, blueprints, and specifications.
• Use hand tools, power tools, and measurement equipment to complete assemblies accurately and safely.
• Verify part numbers, materials, and revisions before and during the assembly process.
• Perform quality checks to ensure assemblies meet required standards and report any defects or non-conformances.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the workstation according to 5S principles
.• Follow company safety protocols and use PPE as required.
• Support inventory management by reporting shortages or damaged parts.
• Cross-train on multiple assemblies and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
Assembler Qualifications:
• 1+ year of assembly or hands-on manufacturing experience preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and manual dexterity.
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work well in a team environment.
