Job Description
We are seeking a skilled Assembler with over a year of assembly experience to join our team. This role is critical in ensuring that our products meet the high standards expected by our clients in various prestigious settings.
ResponsibilitiesAssemble and install parts using hand tools, air tools, and power tools according to work instructions and specifications.Fit, wire, or connect components using equipment as per work instructions and specifications.Attend to equipment, ensuring proper operation, and participate in the maintenance of production equipment and facilities.Perform routine inspections on products, processes, and materials to assure work output meets specifications.Identify and correct potentially unsafe situations or notify the Production Group Lead about unsafe or emergency situations, recommending corrective measures.Essential Skills1+ year of assembly experience.1+ year of Tenure at previous JobsProficiency with hand tools such as calipers and micrometers.Experience assembling with a blueprint or following detailed work instructions.Ability to read, speak, and write English.Additional Skills & QualificationsHigh School Diploma or GED.Ability to lift, carry, push, or pull 15-45 pounds and perform physical activities such as walking, standing, bending, and kneeling for up to 10 hours per shift.Good attendance, attitude, and work history are crucial.Why Work Here?

Work Environment
Work in a climate-controlled, industrial environment with approximately 10 workstations. Collaborate with a team of 3-4 others in a medium-sized warehouse. The workspace is completely enclosed, except for two open shipping receiving doors on the far side of the warehouse floor. Enjoy a beautiful work environment, standing 100% of the time. The dress code includes a plain black t-shirt (provided after the first few weeks), jeans (blue, khaki, or black), and tennis shoes.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of San Antonio, Texas.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $16.00 - $16.50/hr.
