Job Description
Join our team as a Mechanical Assembly Technician where you will play a vital role in constructing mechanical assemblies and sub-assemblies for sailboat pulley systems using hand tools. This position requires a proactive approach to completing tasks as directed by manufacturing schedules with minimal supervision.
ResponsibilitiesConduct bench-type processes to complete mechanical assemblies and sub-assemblies.Utilize hand tools to assemble sailboat pulley systems.Complete tasks efficiently as directed by manufacturing schedules with minimal supervision.Maintain a clean and orderly work area.Follow prescribed safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment.Essential SkillsProficiency in using hand and power tools.At least 2 years of assembly experience at one company.Ability to read and interpret blueprints.Strong skills in mechanical assembly and production processes.Additional Skills & QualificationsExperience in assembly and mechanical assembly.Why Work Here?

Work Environment
Work in a clean, organized manufacturing facility with a newer building. The environment features a machine shop on one side and a warehouse/assembly area on the opposite side, providing a structured and efficient space. This position operates on the first shift from 6am to 2pm.

This is position based out of Pewaukee, Wisconsin
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $17.00 - $18.00/hr.
