Job Description
Operate the production line, working on the equipment included in it, and setting it upEnsure the quality of manufactured products and inspecting them within the scope defined for the assemblerReport technical and quality issues on the lines and attempting to resolve them independently or with the support of the team leader, quality staff, maintenance, and engineersComplete all required quality, quantity, and technical documentation for the positionMaintain cleanliness and technical condition of assigned equipment, tools, and workstationsAssembly based on plans, drawings, diagrams, and procedures.Reporting issues to the Team LeaderYou will report to the SupervisorYour Responsibilities:
Operate the production line, working on the equipment included in it, and setting it upImplement tasks assigned by the supervisorEnsure the quality of manufactured products and inspecting them within the scope defined for the assemblerReport technical and quality issues on the lines and attempting to resolve them independently or with the support of the team leader, quality staff, maintenance, and engineersComplete all required quality, quantity, and technical documentation for the positionComply with quality, technological, health and safety, environmental instructions, and customer requirements. Providing feedback to instruction creators to improve the production process while ensuring complianceMaintain cleanliness and technical condition of assigned equipment, tools, and workstationsWork together with shift replacements to ensure smooth and conflict-free handover of workstationsCollaborate with support departments (quality, warehouse, maintenance, engineering) and implement improvementsMechanical and electrical assembly of Kinetix drives based on plans, drawings, diagrams, procedures.Reporting issues to the Team LeaderOngoing operation of painting equipment (filling, cleaning the paint tank, cleaning and maintaining the spray gun)Keep in order, replacing, and supervising filters and the entire exhaust and ventilation equipmentEnsure all parameters of the painting process (layer thickness, layer quality).Paint motors following all quality, technological, and production standardsMarking and packing products according to technological guidelinesRequirements:
