**Job Title: Mechanical Assembly Technician** **Job Description:** We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Mechanical Assembly Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will perform basic, standardized, and repetitive mechanical assembly operations. This role requires adherence to safety rules and company security policies. **Responsibilities:** + Follow detailed verbal or written instructions. + Perform mechanical assembly operations and labeling of components, assemblies, or subassemblies. + Manually assemble inserted components per visual aids, upon verification of specs from visual aid. + Inspect parts to ensure assembly is performed correctly. + Use scanners and hand tools for assembly tasks. + Accurately report assembly processes. + Work under direct supervision of the Manufacturing Supervisor or Line Manager. + Comply with all company safety rules and regulations. + Follow all procedures within the company security policy. + Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned. **Essential Skills:** + Experience in mechanical assembly. + Proficiency with hand and power tools. + Ability to follow detailed instructions. + Basic knowledge of Microsoft applications. + Strong attention to detail. **Additional Skills & Qualifications:** + Ability to lift up to 35 lbs. **Why Work Here?** Enjoy working in the cleanest manufacturing facility in Northern Kentucky, which offers a well-lit environment and excellent benefits, including a 401K plan.
