**Job Title: Assembler** Hamburg, NY **Pay:** $18-18.50/hr 1st Shift, M-Th, 6am - 4:30pm **_Job Description:_** Join our team as an Assembler, where you will play a crucial role in assembling piping systems for firetruck water systems. Your daily tasks will involve following blueprints and schematics, focusing on mechanical assembly and light 12V electrical wiring. **_Responsibilities:_** + Assemble piping systems for firetruck water systems. + Follow detailed blueprints and schematics for accurate assembly. + Perform light electrical wiring, primarily 12V. + Utilize hand and power tools for cutting, bending, and measuring pipes. + Ensure quality through regular inspection of assembled components. **_Essential Skills:_** + Experience in a manufacturing environment. + Proficiency with hand and power tools. + Basic math skills, including addition and subtraction. + Ability to lift between 40-50 lbs. + Basic computer knowledge, including Excel and Word. **_Additional Skills & Qualifications:_** + Experience in general labor is advantageous. + Ability to read and interpret tape measures. + Must be physically capable of climbing, twisting, bending, and stooping. + Ability to stand, squat, and grasp for extended periods. + Strong team player with a solid work ethic. **_Why Work Here?_** Enjoy growth opportunities, solid benefits, and a supportive team environment.
