**Job Title** **Entry-Level Assembler – 3rd Shift** **Job Overview** Join our team on the 3rd Shift (Monday–Friday, with mandatory overtime) in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Work together to assemble and inspect sunglasses with precision and care. **Responsibilities** + Assemble and inspect sunglasses in teams of 3–4 + Screw, glue, and fasten frame parts; install lenses and icons + Use small tools to secure frames with screws/pins + Operate pad printer, mix paint, and troubleshoot issues + Sand and buff frames for smooth finish + Send products for final quality inspection and packaging + Set up workstations daily; rotate duties to reduce repetition + Stand/walk throughout the shift **Skills & Qualifications** + Ability to stand 8–10+ hours daily + Flexible and adaptable to changing tasks + Reliable attendance (three-strike policy) + No experience required (training provided) + Must pass DT & BK **Benefits** + Employee discounts on frames/apparel after 90 days + Free on-site gym, doctor’s office, and cafeteria + Safety gear provided (eyewear, earplugs) + Scheduled stretches and safety training + Advancement opportunities into lead/controller roles **Work Environment** + Fast-paced, short-cycle assembly tasks + Standing required; casual dress with close-toed shoes + Daily performance metrics tracked + Protective eyewear provided for entire shift **Job Type & Location** This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Foothill Ranch, CA. **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $19.97 - $19.97/hr.
