Job Description
As an Assembler 2, you will play a critical role in building high-quality products while adhering to company production standards and customer specifications. You will work under the guidance of production supervision to ensure that all tasks are performed efficiently and in accordance with company policies and procedures.
Responsibilities
Assemble products by following Engineering documents to meet product standards and customer requirements.Operate a computer to check schedules and update the manufacturing status of jobs.Perform Go-No Go testing procedures.Monitor the quality of parts used in the assembly process.Assist in training other employees and resolving inquiries and problems.Perform material handling activities as needed.Review assembly processes and recommend changes for productivity and quality improvement.Communicate accurately with engineering to convey information.Complete and maintain all required paperwork, records, and documentation.Participate actively in team meetings and discussions.Follow all safety and work rules and regulations.Maintain departmental housekeeping standards.Essential Skills

This is a Contract position based out of Richmond, VA.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $19.00 - $19.00/hr.
