**Job Title: 5am-1:45pm Assembler** **Job Description** Join our team as an Assembler, where you will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality and efficiency of our production processes. You will be responsible for assembling sub-assemblies, and installing accessory components. Your work will directly contribute to meeting our quality, safety, and productivity standards while satisfying customer requirements. This facility manufactures walk in freezers panels. Providing a long term opporunity (Contract To Hire) **Responsibilities** + Perform duties in accordance with the current Quality Management System and Safety Management System. + Assemble sub-assemblies and install accessory components and materials. + Wire basic electrical connections per applicable diagrams. + Inspect products to ensure they meet quality, engineering, and customer requirements. + Operate hand tools including electrical and pneumatic power tools. + Load, unload, lift, and move materials and products using lifting equipment when available. + Read and interpret job orders, diagrams, and blueprints to select and position materials and accessory components. + Complete and maintain all associated electronic processes paperwork including checklists, stamping, blueprints, barcoding, and shipping materials. + Maintain departmental housekeeping and 5S standards. + Complete additional tasks and projects as needed by the department. **Essential Skills** + Experience with hand and power tools. + Ability to read a measuring tape. + Capability to read and interpret blueprints. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Blueprint reading is a plus. + Experience in mechanical, production, or general labor roles is beneficial. **Why Work Here?** Enjoy a consistent 40-hour workweek with a good shift schedule that offers a balance between work and personal life. **Work Environment** This position is based in a manufacturing environment. You will work the 1st shift from 5:00am to 1:45pm, with a 45-minute lunch break. Safety equipment, including safety glasses, ear plugs, and safety sleeves, will be provided. **Job Type & Location** This is a Contract to Hire position based out of San Dimas, CA. **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $19.00/hr.
