**Job Title: Assembler - $17.50/HR - Start ASAP** **Job Description** Join our dynamic team as a General Production Worker where you will play a vital role in the Foam Department, assisting with molding and trimming signs, and contributing to the assembly and shipment process. This position offers the opportunity to work both independently and collaboratively, utilizing a variety of hand and power tools. **Responsibilities** + Assist in the Foam Department with molding and trimming signs. + Utilize hand tools and drills effectively. + Use a nail gun proficiently. + Perform medium to heavy lifting. + Operate hand power tools. + Assemble and palletize shipments. + Pull, pack, and load materials. + Work independently and collaboratively as part of a team. + Demonstrate strong teamwork and communication skills. + Maintain a keen attention to detail. **Essential Skills** + 1+ year of machine operator experience in manufacturing, specifically assembly work. + Experience using a tape measure. + Proficiency in using a power drill. + Ability to lift 20lbs to 40lbs. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Mechanically inclined with experience in general labor and warehouse environments. **Why Work Here?** We offer a strong starting pay rate, comprehensive training, and the potential for overtime, creating an environment that fosters growth and development. **Work Environment** Work in a large, clean warehouse environment that is divided into manufacturing, shipping/receiving, assembly, and testing areas.
