SCHEDULE: Monday-Friday, 6 AM – 2:30 PM. Overtime or Weekends may be required.

 

In this role, a typical day will look like:

Small-parts assembly: Build precision components per SOPs; maintain accuracy and repeatability.

Quality checks: Perform visual inspections and basic functional tests; record outcomes per standard work.

Tooling & documentation: Use hand/power tools, torque tools, and simple jigs; follow work orders and travelers.

Team coordination: Work within a fast-paced cell; communicate issues promptly to team leads.

Safety/5S: Follow PPE requirements; maintain a clean and organized work area; support 5S audits.

Problem solving: Identify recurring defects and assist with root-cause actions.

Essential Job Requirements:

Experience: Prior manufacturing/assembly; electronics or soldering exposure is a plus.

Technical: Read SOPs and basic drawings; use measuring tools; basic PC for labels/records.

Physical: Dexterity for small parts; lift up to 50 lbs; stand for long periods.

Environment note: Comfortable working near ink-based materials; PPE provided.

The below range reflects the range of possible compensation for this role at the time of this posting. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range. This range may be modified in the future. An associate’s position within the salary range will be based on several factors, including, but not limited to, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, geographic location, performance, shift, travel requirements, sales or revenue-based metrics, any collective bargaining agreements, and business or organizational needs.

The compensation range for this role is $17.00 - $18.00 USD per hour. This job is also eligible for Bonus Pay.
