Responsibilities + Assemble components into sub-assemblies and perform final assembly of Aircraft and Crew-served weapons. + Maintain, sets-up and operate a variety of equipment such as arbor and hydraulic straightening presses, paint. + Follow established company directives and policies, military specifications, process sheet operations, and instructions. + Ensure appropriate interchange of sub-assembly components through a constant awareness of required tolerance and fit of mating parts. + Use precision functional gages, alignment and work holding fixtures, pneumatic tools, drill presses, riveters, etc. + Perform fitting and rework tasks such as grinding, filling, drilling, etc. + Use hand tools such as pneumatic and hand type abrasive tools, wrenches, screwdrivers, pliers, mallets, etc + Must have physical ability to lift, move, adjust, etc. items weighing approximately 35 lbs. on a production basis.
