We are seeking an experienced Asphalt Superintendent to oversee and manage asphalt paving operations on major projects. The ideal candidate will be a proven leader with extensive paving experience, excellent organizational skills, and a strong commitment to safety and quality.

 Job Duties & Responsibilities:Supervise and coordinate daily asphalt paving operationsManage crews, equipment, and schedules to ensure timely project completionRead and interpret blueprints, specifications, and job ordersEnsure quality control and compliance with project standardsCommunicate effectively with project managers, contractors, and inspectorsEnforce company safety policies and maintain a safe jobsiteRequirements:Minimum 5 years of experience in asphalt paving, with superintendent or foreman experienceStrong leadership and communication skillsAbility to manage multiple crews and projectsKnowledge of asphalt materials, equipment, and paving techniquesReliable, safety-focused, and detail-orientedBenefits:
