Johnson Brothers Corporation a Southland Holdings Company We are seeking an experienced Asphalt Superintendent to oversee and manage asphalt paving operations on major projects. The ideal candidate will be a proven leader with extensive paving experience, excellent organizational skills, and a strong commitment to safety and quality. ​​​​​   Job Duties & Responsibilities: + Supervise and coordinate daily asphalt paving operations + Manage crews, equipment, and schedules to ensure timely project completion + Read and interpret blueprints, specifications, and job orders + Ensure quality control and compliance with project standards + Communicate effectively with project managers, contractors, and inspectors + Enforce company safety policies and maintain a safe jobsite Requirements: + Minimum 5 years of experience in asphalt paving, with superintendent or foreman experience + Strong leadership and communication skills + Ability to manage multiple crews and projects + Knowledge of asphalt materials, equipment, and paving techniques + Reliable, safety-focused, and detail-oriented Benefits: *Full-Time employee benefits – Competitive pay, Health/Dental/Vision/Life & 401K.
