**Description** Tradesmen International is looking for an experienced Asphalt Screed Operator to join our team. This job is located in Vancouver – Lower Mainland, BC. Paying $32–$36 per hour. Full-time: Monday to Friday, 8 hours per day. **Requirements** **Job Scope:** + Operating screed controls on paving machines to ensure correct depth, width, and grade of asphalt + Adjusting material flow and making necessary corrections during paving operations + Coordinating with the paver operator and ground crew to maintain a consistent and smooth mat + Performing daily equipment checks and basic maintenance + Ensuring safety and quality standards are met on all jobsites **Requirements:** + Minimum 2 years of experience as an Asphalt Screed Operator + Solid understanding of asphalt paving techniques and grade control + Experience operating highway-class pavers and screed attachments + Physically fit and able to work outdoors in all weather conditions + Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment + Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation + Team-oriented with strong communication skills **Company Details** **Benefits** In addition to consistent work, top pay, and employment opportunities, we provide a benefits package that is among the best in the industry.
