We are seeking an experienced Screed Operator to join our asphalt paving crew. The ideal candidate will be skilled in operating and adjusting paving machine screeds to ensure smooth, level asphalt placement while maintaining safety and quality standards.
Job Duties & Responsibilities:Operate and adjust asphalt paving screeds for proper depth, grade, and finishMonitor asphalt consistency and ensure a smooth final surfaceWork closely with the paver operator and crew to maintain production and qualityPerform daily equipment inspections and basic maintenanceFollow company safety procedures and maintain a safe worksiteRequirements:Previous experience as a screed operator requiredKnowledge of asphalt paving techniques and equipment operationAbility to work outdoors in all weather conditionsStrong teamwork and communication skillsDependable, safety-minded, and detail-orientedBenefits:
