We are seeking a hardworking Asphalt Rakeman to join our paving crew. The ideal candidate will have experience working with asphalt, using rakes and lutes to spread and smooth material, and assisting with all aspects of paving operations.

Job Duties & Responsibilities:Rake, spread, and level asphalt materials by handAssist screed and paver operators in maintaining proper depth and finishWork as part of the paving crew to complete jobs efficientlyFollow safety guidelines and maintain a clean jobsiteRequirements:Previous asphalt or construction experience preferred (will train the right candidate)Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditionsPhysically able to lift, bend, and work on your feet all dayTeam player with a strong work ethicReliable and safety-focusedBenefits:*Full-Time employee benefits – Competitive pay, Health/Dental/Vision/Life & 401K.
