**Description** Tradesmen International is looking for an experienced Asphalt Raker to join our team. This job is located in Vancouver – Lower Mainland, BC. Paying $32–$36 per hour. Full-time: Monday to Friday, 8 hours per day. **Requirements** **Job Scope:** + Raking and smoothing freshly laid asphalt to ensure a uniform finish + Assisting the paving crew with tasks such as shoveling, sweeping, and compacting + Finishing edges and joints to specification + Supporting equipment operators and working as part of a coordinated team + Maintaining a clean and safe worksite **Requirements:** + 2+ years of experience as an Asphalt Raker or in asphalt paving + Physically fit and able to work outdoors in all weather conditions + Capable of lifting up to 50 lbs and working on your feet for extended periods + Familiarity with paving tools and safety procedures + Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation + Punctual, dependable, and able to follow direction on-site **Company Details** **Benefits** In addition to consistent work, top pay, and employment opportunities, we provide a benefits package that is among the best in the industry.
