As a Product Control Analyst, you will support the Prime Finance business, which offers flexible financing solutions and enables clients to create short exposure through securities lending. Your work will be crucial in providing secured funding and maintaining robust financial controls, partnering with trading desks and financial controllers to ensure accurate P&L and balance sheet management.

Job Responsibilities

Assist with P&L reporting and month-end close processesProduce, consolidate, and analyze daily, monthly, and yearly P&L informationProvide detailed analysis and reporting on financials to desk heads, business managers, and senior finance managementPartner with the business to implement robust controls and new business initiativesDrive coordination across front & back office support functions to resolve control and reporting issuesServe as an analytical and project support resource for product controlHandle various ad-hoc requests on a daily basis

 

Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills

Strong accounting background(Atleast 2 years experience)Experience with P&L and month-end close processesBachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or related areaStrong analytical and problem-solving abilities along with being detail-orientedGood written and verbal communication skillsStrong Excel skills. Ability to multitask and prioritize effectivelyMust be a team playerEager to challenge current processes
