**Job Description** **Responsibilities:** + Work with service procedures and labor times, work with part numbers, description and quantities for repair, monitor part availability for determination of launch of field action. + Administrate software tools access, support to net dealer to identify diagnostics issues. + Good communication skills is necesary to maintenance technical dialogs with other coworkers in different countries + Holds themselves and others accountable for demonstrating GMs values and cultural behaviors.
