Job Title: Aseptic Technician
Job Description

As an Aseptic Technician, you will execute tasks in compliance with CGMP guidelines and Standard Operating Procedures to manufacture, inspect, and package products. You will complete training to maintain competence in accordance with the manufacturing training program, demonstrating proficiency in Aseptic Technician qualification blocks while documenting procedural steps according to CGMP standards, clean room behavior, and Standard Operating Procedures.

ResponsibilitiesComply with all applicable rules and regulations of the pharmaceutical and biotech industry, including FDA regulations such as CGMP, GDP, EH&S regulations, and company regulations.Maintain the state of facility environmental control, including preparation of cleaning solutions and performing daily, monthly, quarterly, and annual cleaning of manufacturing areas.Review all documentation for accuracy and completeness of process signature steps as each step is completed.Perform 'real time' review of all documentation, including Batch Production Records (BPRs), forms, and logs throughout the shift.Essential SkillsProficiency in aseptic techniques and cleanroom procedures.Experience in packaging and sterile processing.Prior exposure to cGMP standards.Additional Skills & QualificationsExperience in a small biotech and pharmaceutical production environment is advantageous.Work Environment

Work in a very small biotech and pharma production facility, where you have the opportunity to be part of a growing organization. This role offers the chance to advance within the company, as previous managers in Quality, Production, and Packaging have progressed from this position.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $19.00/hr.
