Aseptic Process Supporter

The Position
As a Process Supporter, you will join the Process Support Team at our aseptic filling Line 1 in department AM GE Haemophilia Filling L1/L5. This team’s responsibility is to support the daily operation of filling and freeze drying processes of haemophilia products and ensure support for a range of projects around implementation of new processes and equipment apart from deviation prevention and optimization changes to our setup. 

 

You will have six immediate colleagues, with various professional experience and backgrounds. 
 


The main tasks will be to:

Provide daily, visible proactive support for production in board meetings, handover meetings and shop floor presence. Process confirmation and perform continuous improvement of the filling process, with focus on stability and yield Handle deviations and perform all necessary prevention using systematic problem solving.  Drive projects regarding changes to processes in an aseptic environment. Participate in continuous improvements and simplification in our production, ensuring that learnings are shared across the department.
 


Qualifications

To be considered for this position, you:

Hold a relevant academic master degree in technical engineering, engineering, natural science or similar. Having knowledge of basic process engineering and equipment.  Having technical understanding and equipment knowledge is considered a strong advantage. Having knowledge or experience with aseptic production and behavior is considered a strong advantage.  Are familiar with LEAN principles and can work in accordance with them.  Are proficient in English and Danish. 
 

As a person you are open, honest, responsible and systematic, and know how to maintain an overview and planning. Being able to see the organization as a whole and be willing to support when needed is key to succeed in this role.

About the Department

Our department, AM GE Haemophilia Filling L1/L5 in Gentofte, is responsible for aseptic production of haemophilia products. At L1 we are using a traditional aseptic filling line. We are approx. 110 colleagues focusing on this line, working in an engaging and respectful atmosphere, where the focus is on our products and individual development.
