Job Description

As an Aseptic Manufacturing Associate, you will be responsible for performing equipment preparation, bulk drug formulation, and aseptic filling duties. You will accurately document data and complete batch records while ensuring cleaning and sanitization duties are performed according to applicable procedures. Additionally, you will participate in the facility's aseptic gowning and manufacturing qualification program and carry out your duties in ISO 5 (Grade A) and ISO 7 (Grade C) cleanrooms.

ResponsibilitiesPerform equipment preparation and bulk drug formulation tasks.Execute aseptic filling duties and document data accurately.Complete batch records and perform cleaning and sanitization duties.Successfully complete aseptic gowning and manufacturing qualification program.Operate within ISO 5 (Grade A) and ISO 7 (Grade C) cleanrooms.Essential SkillsProficiency in GMP and cGMP regulations.Ability to perform laboratory tasks with aseptic technique.Experience following established manufacturing procedures.Additional Skills & QualificationsBachelor’s degree or high school diploma with relevant work experience.For Level I: 2+ years experience in manufacturing, medical, or laboratory environments.For Level II: 3+ years experience in sterile manufacturing environments.For Level III: 4+ years experience in sterile manufacturing environments.Work Environment

These roles require working off-shifts at Butterworth.

The schedule alternates between 6 PM to 6 AM Thursday through Sunday in week one, and 6 PM to 6 AM Friday through Sunday in week two.

Employees work a 48-hour week followed by a 36-hour week.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $52000.00 - $60000.00/yr.
