**Introduction**
We are seeking a strategic, data-driven marketer to accelerate demand for our Data & AI software portfolio across ASEAN. This role will lead the design and execution of omnichannel demand strategies, working closely with sales, partners, and global teams to drive measurable pipeline growth.
**Your role and responsibilities**
Role Overview
This role is responsible for designing and executing omnichannel demand generation strategies that accelerate growth for the Data & AI software portfolio. The focus is on creating persona-based marketing journeys, optimizing the channel mix, managing key business stakeholders, and driving sales pipeline objectives across digital and partner routes.
Key Responsibilities:
* Strategy & Execution: Collaborate with global demand strategy teams to co-create marketing strategies and lead the execution of omnichannel campaigns tailored to Data & AI solutions, key products, and priority personas.
* Pipeline Growth: Drive marketing-sourced pipeline by achieving SQL (Sales Qualified Lead) targets through digital journeys, outbound account activation, and close collaboration with sales and partners.
* Stakeholder Engagement: Build strong relationships with internal business leaders and stakeholders, aligning marketing strategies with overall business objectives to maximize impact.
* Event Marketing: Support flagship Data & AI events by building integrated demand plans and follow-up strategies to maximize conversion.
* Lead Management: Manage the lead pass process by partnering with Digital Sales and channel partners to ensure high-quality leads are routed and converted efficiently.
* Subject Matter Expertise: Act as the marketing SME for the Data & AI brand/region. Provide partners with enablement on marketing strategy, campaign best practices, and the latest marketing assets.
* Focus Areas: Approximately 80% of efforts will be digital-demand focused, with 20% dedicated to event execution and post-event conversion strategies.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
* Opportunity conversion to qualified pipeline
* Lead velocity and deal acceleration
* Contribution to new pipeline and revenue targets for Data & AI solutions
* Achievement of quarterly pipeline goals for assigned products, personas, and market segments
**Required technical and professional expertise**
* Proven experience in B2B demand generation, digital marketing, or omnichannel campaign management, ideally within Data & AI or enterprise software.
* Strong business stakeholder management skills with the ability to translate marketing strategies into business outcomes
* Strong analytical skills with the ability to track, measure, and optimize pipeline performance
* Experience working with sales and partner ecosystems to accelerate demand
* Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills
* A proactive, strategic thinker with a hands-on approach to execution
