About this opportunity:
We are seeking a passionate and driven Supply Chain Planner Specialist to join our Group Supply MOAI (GSU MOAI) unit. In this exciting role, you will be responsible for creating an optimized supply plan for specified time horizons while making adjustments as necessary to ensure performance targets are met. This stimulating role promises exciting challenges and rewarding outcomes as you work closely with global teams for material and capacity allocation, production plans, and to resolve any potential issues.
What you will do
Prepare and facilitate Supply planning- creating and analyzing multiple scenarios, including risk and cost assessments, to support planning reconciliation.Develop optimized monthly supply plans for specified time horizons, ensuring alignment with business goals and operational requirements.Oversee the execution of EMS/ESS production plans.Implement Product life cycle decisions decisions correctly.Initiate improvements based on strategic priorities.Define and follow-up on buffer principles and inventory turnover.Drive improvements in capability and capacity.Perform bottom-up analysis Collaborate with MAs on forecast and ML input and guide them in collection and analysis.Execute and communicate demand forecasts to stakeholders.Participate in MAs S&OP process, challenging and arguing views based on various inputs.Monitor and communicate supply and production plans.Conduct post-game analysis to identify areas for improvement.Follow up on decision quality and develop action plans.Monitor and suggest improvements in supply chain setup.
The skills you bring
Master’s degree in Supply chain Management with 0- 2 yrs experience. Curious and excited to learn about supply chain strategy, communication, and stakeholder engagement Clear and confident communicator—both written and verbal. Comfortable with collaboration across diverse teams and cultures. Proficient with digital tools (PowerPoint, SharePoint, Canva, Viva Engage, etc.) Analytical thinking and attention to detail. Data Analytics Strategy development and planning Change and Improvement Management Good understanding of Supply Chain and Supply Process. Good project/ program management and governance skills. Creative mindset with an eye for storytelling, visuals, and messaging. Experience or interest in areas like change communication, sustainability, or supply chain optimization is a plus.
