What You Can Expect
The ASC Capital Equipment and Market Manager, will play a critical role in advancing the ASC business by overseeing ZBs capital equipment partnership and market growth strategies.
This role manages the distribution relationship, develops capital leasing programs, and drives ASC-specific bundled solutions integrating implants and surgical technologies. Working with Technology and Implant Business Units, ASC Commercial Channel, and sales leadership, this individual will shape go-to-market strategies, optimize financial models, and identify growth opportunities. The Manager also provides sales training and monitors industry trends and regulatory shifts impacting ASC business operations.
How You'll Create ImpactCapital Equipment Solutions:
Oversee and manage the relationship with the third-party for distributing ASC capital equipment.Develop and implement strategies to enhance accessibility and affordability of capital equipment for ASC customersEstablish business models and financial frameworks to support and drive revenue growthCollaborate with the commercial leadership team to create go-to-market strategies for capital equipment programsMarket Growth & Procedural Expansion:
Collaborate with the Technology and Implant Business Units to design and introduce ASC-specific bundled solutions that integrate implants and complementary technologies.Partner with the ASC Commercial Channel and ASC customers to develop offerings that enhance customer retention and increase procedural volume.Lead market analysis efforts to identify key opportunities, pricing strategies, and competitive positioning for ASC-focused solutions.Cross-functional Collaboration & Strategic Initiatives:

Clear, concise communication skills to align teams and drive execution.Ability to manage multiple initiatives and ensure timely execution of strategic goals.Your Background Bachelor's degree required, Master’s degree highly preferred. Fields include Business, Biomedical Engineering, or Clinical Sciences with a business.Minimum of 8 years of experience in Med-Tech sales, marketing, business development, or management consulting.Strong expertise in financial modelling, pricing and promotion strategies.Healthcare Capital Equipment commercialization experience preferred.Proven ability to collaborate with sales teams, customers, and distributors to develop strategic solutions.Experience with Ambulatory Surgery Centers (ASC) is preferred.Travel ExpectationsUp to 30%
Expected Compensation Range: $130,000 - $145,000 base with a 16% bonus.
