Job Description    The AS400 Technical Lead is responsible for providing technical and managerial leadership for AS400-based banking applications. The role involves leading delivery, managing development teams, and ensuring secure, stable, and high-quality systems that meet business and regulatory requirements.    
Roles and Responsibilities    • Lead end-to-end design, development, and maintenance of AS400 applications using RPG, RPGLE, and COBOL400    
    • Manage and mentor development teams, ensuring adherence to coding standards and delivery timelines    
    • Plan and oversee projects, including resource allocation, scheduling, and risk management    
    • Review technical designs and perform code reviews to ensure quality and best practices    
    • Design, optimize, and manage DB2 databases on the AS400 platform    
    • Collaborate with business stakeholders to translate banking requirements into technical solutions    
    • Ensure application performance, security, and regulatory compliance    
    • Lead resolution of critical production issues    
    • Maintain comprehensive technical and project documentation
