About the role:

Artisan will involve in the overall upkeep of facilities equipment to ensure smooth daily operations. He/she needs to regularly inspect all equipment rooms and other facilities, and take note of any problem using the predefined checklists.

 

Job Responsibilities:

- Responsible for regular inspection, repair, and maintenance of various equipment (including property, electrical, and air-conditioning facilities) to ensure normal operation

- Conduct high-quality and safe preventive and corrective maintenance work

- Assist in follow-up of project engineering works

- Handle emergency repair services

- Assist in physical tasks such as setting up partitions and chairs/tables for meetings/events, and moving and organizing office items

- Follow work instructions and arrangements from clients and supervisors

Job Requirements:

- Experience in maintenance and upkeep of commercial buildings or office premises

- Proactive, responsible, professional, and courteous

- Good communication skills and team spirit

- Able to communicate in basic English and Mandarin for daily tasks

Working Hours:

- Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM

- Required to work one Saturday per month from 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM

- 進行高質素及安全的預防性及修補性維修工作

- 協助跟進項目工程,確保工程順利完成

- 處理緊急維修服務,快速回應及解決問題

- 協助處理涉及體力操作的工作,如會議及活動場地隔間、枱椅擺放及辦公室物品搬運

- 遵從客戶及上級的工作指示和安排

工作要求:

- 具商廈或寫字樓維修保養經驗

- 積極主動,認真負責,專業有禮

- 良好的溝通技巧及團隊合作精神

- 能使用基本英語及普通話作日常溝通

工作時間:

- 星期一至五,上午8:30至下午5:30

- 每月須上班一個星期六,上午8:30至下午5:30
