Our team provide technical expertise to meet our client expectation in electrical submersible pumps with Artificial Lift requirement. This position is responsible for protecting and driving profitable revenue growth. You will assist in the development of the commercial strategy as well as executing it. The team is responsible for ensuring the best technical and commercial solutions are delivered to the customer, at the best price and lowest risk to BH
 

As a Tender Manager - Artificial Lift System , you will be responsible for:
 

Validating risk and reward balance, considering factors such as terms and conditions, technical risks, margin, security of payment.Contributing to prices and conditions to have a certain degree of granularity. Working on the basis of predefined contracts price frameworks.Promoting the business value propositions of BH to customers and internal stakeholders, providing a better customer experience through solution-based sellingOverseeing the governance of all commercial processes, policies and procedures;Building & owning the Commercial Proposal Summary / Project Financial forecast for all deals requiring financial approval per ITO procedure for Artificial Lift Opportunities/TendersEnsuring the understanding of customer requirements to provide the best technical and commercial solutions for all tenders/quotesOwning the ITO-to-OTR handoff process to ensure we can execute on our promises to the customer

To be successful in this role you will:
 

Have Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or collegeHave minimum of 3 years of experience in Artificial Lift product line or Electrical Submissible Pump (ESP)Have minimum of 4 years of experience in either a Sales or Commercial roleHave experience with commercial tools, analytical systems and platforms like Deal Machine, Quote Machine /CPQ to drive effective margin management & price executionHave Artificial Lift design or technical understandingHave ability to travel 20-40% of the timeHave proven analytical and organizational ability
