Job Description & Summary

PwC Slovakia is seeking a visionary AI Lead to drive innovation and lead our AI initiatives across industries. This role is ideal for a leader who combines a strategic mindset, strong people management skills, and solid technical understanding of AI, but is not solely focused on deep technical execution. 

We are looking for someone who can bridge the gap between business and technology, inspire and grow a team, and help clients unlock the value of AI in a practical, scalable way. 

 

What You’ll Do: 

Lead and develop a multidisciplinary team working on AI-driven solutions, ensuring alignment with business goals and client needs. 

Shape and execute PwC’s AI strategy, identifying opportunities for innovation and impact across industries. 

Act as a trusted advisor to clients, helping them understand and adopt AI technologies in a way that drives measurable business value. 

Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including consulting, technology, and industry teams, to integrate AI into broader transformation programs. 

Ensure effective project delivery, balancing technical feasibility, business relevance, and team capacity. 

Foster a high-performing team culture focused on growth, collaboration, and continuous improvement. 

Represent PwC in external forums, contributing to thought leadership in AI and emerging technologies. 

 

Requirements: 

Proven experience in leading AI or technology teams, ideally in a consulting or client-facing environment. 

Strong understanding of AI concepts and applications (e.g., machine learning, NLP, computer vision), with the ability to translate them into business solutions. 

Excellent leadership and people management skills – able to build, mentor, and retain top talent. 

Outstanding communication and stakeholder management skills – able to engage with senior business leaders and technical teams alike. 

Experience in delivering AI projects from concept to implementation, with a focus on business impact. 

Degree in a relevant field (e.g., Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or similar); advanced degree is a plus.

Salary: From 4300 EUR/month
(For candidates with many years of experience, the salary is negotiable based on experience and proven seniority.)

Contract type: Full-time

Start date: By agreement
