Job Description:

Parsons is looking for an amazingly talented Artificial Intelligence/Data Science Engineer to join our team! In this role you will become a member of the Parsons’ TEAMS NEXT support staff with a primary work assignment supporting the Missile Defense Agency’s Command, Control, Battle Management and Communications (C2BMC) Development organization. This assignment requires a seasoned professional that is experienced with AI initiatives aimed at supporting business operations efficiencies.

What You'll Be Doing:

Develop and integrate agentic AI tools and pipelines across the Directorate functional and product offices leveraging

unstructured data sets.

Develop BizOps support using MIRA and METRIC tools to support C2BMC acquisitions

Develop AI Description Documents (AIDDs) and Use Cases for senior level review

Develop AI minimum viable products (MVPs)

Support/drive the transformation of C2BMC AIRLs

Support/drive the transformation of C2BMC DRLs

What Required Skills You'll Bring:

Master's degree in STEM and 12+ years of relevant experience

Active Secret clearance required

Experience as Artificial intelligence (AI)/Data Engineer

Experience with AI pipeline development (specifically Palantir Foundry)

Understanding of AI commercial use of AI models, large language models, and agentic AI

What Desired Skills You'll Bring:

Experience with Missile Defense Agency preferred

Security Clearance Requirement:

An active Secret security clearance is required for this position.​

Salary Range: $120,800.00 - $217,400.00
