Role Summary
The Art & Design Coordinator is a strategic role within the Emerging Markets (EM) Content Catalyst Center of Excellence (EM‑C3oE). This position is responsible for defining, governing, and enabling visual and design standards that support scalable, reusable, and high‑quality content across Emerging Markets.
The role plays a critical part in operationalizing the EM‑C3oE mission by ensuring that design is treated as a system capability, not isolated execution. It contributes directly to improving efficiency, brand consistency, usability, and content reuse, while enabling EM markets to deliver localized content aligned with regional standards, platforms, and governance models.
Responsibilities
The Art & Design Coordinator:
Define, develop, and evolve visual design and UX standards, guidelines, and playbooks for Emerging Markets, in alignment with EM‑C3oE governance.
Ensure consistent application of brand identity, visual principles, accessibility, and UX best practices across EM content and digital channels.
Conceptualize and deliver final creative solutions for regional and reference content, including adaptation and localization for EM markets.
Design and maintain scalable visual systems, templates, and modular assets that enable content reuse and efficient localization.
Collaborate closely with EM Brand teams, CEI leaders, and cross‑functional stakeholders to support visual communication needs within standardized workflows.
Actively contribute to CreateSmart and new ways of working, ensuring design outputs are optimized for reuse across platforms such as Adobe Creative Cloud, Adobe Express, Workfront, Canvas, and downstream channels.
Proactively identify design, usability, or experience gaps, and propose creative, technical, and strategic solutions.
Support capability building and best‑practice adoption across EM markets, contributing to the broader EM Content Creators community.
Present design concepts, standards, and recommendations clearly and effectively in fluent English.
Requirements / Qualifications
A successful candidate typically has:
A Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Digital Design, or a related field.
Proven experience in graphic and digital design within complex, multi‑stakeholder environments.
Demonstrated experience in User Experience (UX) design, with a solid understanding of usability and accessibility principles.
Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite.
Fluency in English (written and spoken).
