Job Summary and Responsibilities

Schedules and performs EKG’s, cardiac and Holter monitors, patient hook-ups and report generation. Communicate with physicians, managers, and co-workers as appropriate about changes in patient's clinical conditions, and inform physician/provider of significant patient complaints and/or arrhythmia.Prepare and monitor report results for interpretation by physician/provider.  Tracks information on patient charts as needed.  Documents in progress notes for patient communication.Escalate issues to manager or physician/provider.Assures correct charges and diagnosis are marked appropriately for billing.Performs other duties as may be assigned by management or physician/provider.


Job Requirements

High School Diploma or equivalent requiredBasic Life Support (BLS) from the American Heart Association required upon hire1 year previous cardiology experience requiredKnowledge of cardiac anatomy, physiology, conductive system, and ability to interpret cardiac arrhythmiasWhere You'll Work

Hours: Monday-Friday 8a-430p, NO weekends & NO holidays!
