An ARMO Mechanic is responsible for Mechanical and hydraulic work at onshore base
As an ARMO Mechanic, you will be responsible for:
Maintaining, modifying, and repairing equipment and tools mechanically with required qualityMobilizing equipment and tools mechanically according to operational requirementsPerforming mechanical and hydraulic maintenance, modification, fault finding, and repairPreparing, setting up, and packing equipment/tools for mobilizationInspecting, cleaning, and receiving equipment/tools returning from work, repair, or suppliersTesting equipment and tools (per component and as a system)Preserving equipment/tools mechanically or hydraulically for extended storageContributing to work preparation (ordering parts, planning work sequence)Reporting performed work and faults found in shop systemsUpdating work orders and documentation based on experienceMaintaining a clean and tidy workspaceUsing company resources (tools, materials, equipment) carefully and properlyTaking personal responsibility for HSE and complying with workshop regulationsEvaluating risks associated with workReporting non‑conformances and risk observationsParticipating in duty system as requiredPerforming other workshop tasks as directed by supervisorFuel your passion
To be successful in this role you will:
Have a trade certificate in mechanical trades or Technical College qualificationHave experience with mechanical work on related equipmentHave a high standard of workmanshipHave knowledge of trade‑specific work standardsHave risk awareness and HSE consciousnessHave experience using computer‑based maintenance and reporting systemsWork in a way that works for you
