Abides by Mastercard’s Physical Security Operational Guidelines and Security Standards to provide safety and security of staff and assets. Provides excellent customer service, while maintaining Mastercard Security Standards and Policies Responsibilities Interacts with employees and guests, Provides direction on security policy and visitor information, as needed Operational use of security systems Compliance with Mastercard Security Operational Guidelines Act as a First Responder during emergency fire/medical situations and security events Ensures proper escalation of any security related issues Resolves complex customer service issues Monitors response to access control, fire detection and CCTV systems Performs patrols of Mastercard property as directed Utilize an incident management software to log daily events/activities Represents Mastercard while interacting with Fire, EMS and Law Enforcement liaison at State and Local levels Experiences/Requirements Valid Driver’s License Able to obtain and maintain an AHA-Basic Life Support Provider (CPR) certification Able to obtain and maintain an Unarmed Security Officer Licensure through the appropriate local agency, including: a. Completion of the required classroom course, and b. In line with Mastercard’s total compensation philosophy and assuming that the job will be performed in the US, the successful candidate will be offered a competitive base salary and may be eligible for an annual bonus or commissions depending on the role. The base salary offered may vary depending on multiple factors, including but not limited to location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
