Armed Security Officer Responsibilities: + Maintain a high level of visibility to deter illegal or inappropriate actions. + Assist customers, employees, and visitors with professionalism and courtesy. + Perform security patrols on foot or by vehicle across designated areas. + Respond swiftly and appropriately to incidents and critical situations. + Represent Metro One and our clients with integrity and strong interpersonal skills Qualifications and Requirements: + Must be a current or retired Law Enforcement Officer , contingent on state requirement standards. + Flexible schedule required ; weekend availability for events is essential. + Must have valid, up-to-date identification for I-9 form upon completion. + Ability to stand and maintain a post for 8 hours or longer. + Strong communication skills and professional demeanor . + I am willing to undergo Metro One’s pre-employment screening and meet all applicable State, County, and Municipal armed officer requirements.
