Responsibilities:
1) Contributes to the global development and implementation of Talent, DEI, leadership and engagement processes, tools and solutions and oversees implementation within the greater China area
2) Coordinate, facilitate and support:
- LTR process
- Internal talent pools
- IDP process deployment
- Engagement surveys and measurements
- DEI initiatives and activities
3) Driving and implementing the talent management policies, guidelines, processes, tools and practices so that outcomes meet current and future business needs and engage and motivate employees. The focus will be on executing key talent initiatives including succession planning, D&I, and individual development
4) Contribute to the development of policies, guidelines, and processes to ensure local business needs and talent recruitment are included
5) Advise HR colleagues on an on-going basis about talent management plans and required activities to strengthen the talent bench and career opportunities. Provide on-going support to managing the annual review of these programs
6) Monitor area talent and succession pipeline and create strategies and plans activities accordingly
7) Drive succession planning and manage career development activities (e.g. development programs, mentoring, short-term rotations) together with HR colleagues
8) Source internal talent and build internal talent pools. Work close together with Talent Acquisition colleagues to provide insights for future competency needs
9) Deliver development workshops and mentoring/coaching as needed
Requirements:
1) Relevant university degree
2) 7+ years of talent management experience
3) Strong stakeholder management skills are essential, with the ability to collaborate across functional/business lines in a global matrix organization up to EXB level
4) Effective listening, communication and influencing skills
5) Fluent English
