Whats in it for you? + **$28hr-$30hr** + **2nd - 3:30pm- 12am** + Paid training + Full time hours + Clean and safe work environment + **Great benefits to include 401k with 6 % match** What will you be doing? + Efficiently managing a team consisting of entry-level, semi-skilled, and skilled personnel. + Directs work group or department to assure on-time production and/or delivery. + Selects and trains employees to produce at standard-and-above efficiency. + Training/cross-training employees on products/machinery and company policies. + Responsible for teaching safe work practices, good housekeeping procedures and seeing that they are adhered to. + Ensures safety of employees by proactively identifying safety concerns and resolving open incidents in a timely manner. + Responsible for maintaining quality standards. + Responsible for maintaining high employee morale and positive relationships. + Responsible for controlling absenteeism, scrap and waste.
