**Job Description Summary**
This role will be responsible for driving Patient Care solutions (PCS) sales operation in LEVANT (Excluding Iraq), by developing new business opportunities & managing existing customer relationships through strategic planning & flawless execution.
The role requires a high degree of manage distributors/partners and key account relationships, collaboration with cross functional teams including product, marketing, clinical, finance, supply chain, service, training etc. to ensure we deliver on our commitments to customers and maximize revenue for GEHC. The individual will also be accountable for the financial performance of the PCS business in LEVANT (Excluding Iraq).

**Roles and Responsibilities**
+ Develops short-term and long-range plans/strategies to support the achievement of business goals.
+ Drives PCS commercial and sales activities in LEVANT (Excluding Iraq) by developing & converting new business opportunities & managing existing customer relationships through strategic planning & flawless execution.
+ Accountable for the PCS financial performance of the business in LEVANT (Excluding Iraq) by providing accurate monthly and quarterly orders & sales forecasts and business review.
+ Work closely with other functions and segments leaders across Middle East area to drive growth and improve operational effectiveness of the business.
+ Build strong partnerships internally and externally. Manage and support PCS distributors, ensuring financial figures performance and alignment with commercial targets delivery and compliance.
+ Act as primary contact for key external customers.
+ Communicates effectively by adjusting communication style to audience.
+ Demonstrates diplomacy when working with internal and external customers to exchange potentially conflicting needs and interests.
+ Builds effective relationships with key decision makers within accounts.
+ Understands local culture and customs and leverages this knowledge to effectively communicate and engage with customers and colleagues.
+ Applies in-depth understanding of how own area integrates with others to achieve objectives.
+ Evaluates progress regularly and makes changes as needed.
+ Addresses routine objections and concerns with limited support; knows when escalation is needed.
+ Creates operating mechanisms to ensure all voices are heard within the team.
+ Identifies opportunities to streamline processes and import best practices.
+ Sales force effectiveness, productivity analysis, update and maintains data in Commercial and other core systems (SFDC, Aptus, etc.).
**Required Qualifications**
+ Bachelor’s degree or above in biomedical engineering, Science or business (Preferred master’s degree)
+ 5+ years of relevant work experience required.
+ Proven track record of successful sales and using SFDC and commercial digital tools, commercial operations leadership required.
+ Strong analytical skills and good presentation skills essential.
+ Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate at senior management level.
+ Ability to establish credibility in the eyes of senior-level hospital executives based on expertise, maturity, and professionalism.
+ Must have demonstrated success in building solid, effective relationships with customers and peers.
+ Requires the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
+ Highly developed negotiation and selling skills required.
+ Demonstrated excellence in influencing skills, fluent in English and Arabic.
+ Able to work independently and make sound decisions and willingness to travel extensively across LEVANT (Excluding Iraq).
