JOB PURPOSE : The Area Sales Manager - Traditional Trade is responsible for leading and managing a team of Van Sales Representatives to achieve and exceed sales and distribution targets across assigned territories. This role ensures strong retail execution, optimal route coverage, customer satisfaction, and high visibility of the Product portfolio in Traditional Trade.
The Supervisor plays a key role in expanding the brand's footprint by driving market penetration, securing new retail accounts, building and maintaining strong customer relationships, and ensuring “BRAND” products are well-positioned and visible at point of sale in alignment with brand guidelines.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Prepare and submit timely and accurate reports on sales performance, stock levels, asset deployment, and team productivity. Track competitor activities, pricing changes, and market trends, providing actionable insights to management. Monitor promotional campaigns and provide field-based feedback on effectiveness, visibility, and customer response.JOB REQUIREMENTS:
10 -12 years of experience as a van sales supervision, preferably within the beverage (Energy Drinks OR Carbonated drinks) sector. Strong knowledge of the UAE Traditional Trade market, including route planning, distribution practices, and retailer management. Proven ability to lead and coach field teams to deliver consistent in-market execution and results. Familiarity with POS deployment, field merchandising tools, and execution of trade marketing plans. Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint); knowledge of field sales tracking systems is a plus. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Highly organized, results-driven, and self-motivated with strong problem-solving Capabilities. Valid UAE driving license required. Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
