Job DescriptionWorking in the field with users on the job site, tool crib and collaborate with distribution partners to sell new products and meet annual new business targets.Engage with the user directly to understand what they use and why to become a product and application expert with the goal of delivering Bosch solutions to the biggest contractors in the market.Work with marketing and local team to execute events at the dealer, on-site, and at local trade unions to drive Bosch brand insistence in your market. Work with distributor outside sales reps in the tool crib and on-site.Execute local events at the job site and with local dealer partners.Engage with CRM daily to drive effective business development through data management.Budget managementContinuous learning through virtual and in person trainings to develop product, application & sales knowledge and stay within compliance.Meet/exceed monthly and annual sales objectives per assigned territory/accounts.Identify new distribution opportunities and expand distribution within assigned accounts.Promote sales of products and maintain forecasts through the proper use of distribution.Manage customer complaints; prepare customer returns in accordance with company policy.Execute merchandising programs as directed in line with country strategy.Measure performance of promotional and new product activity with key end usersReport to management, sales activities and opportunities and other developments in the territory.Region/Territory: North DakotaQualifications3+ years B2B sales experience (within construction, building materials and/or power tools industry) preferred.Bachelor’s degree in Business or Sales preferred.High School diploma requiredBilingual ability in both English and Spanish strongly preferred.Strong negotiating, interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills, presentation skills and financial acumen with a proven sales track recordStrong skill level in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SAP and CRM preferred.Role will require lifting of 10 lbs. - 70 lbs.Must reside in the territory for this position Additional InformationBOSCH is a proud supporter of STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering & Mathematics) Initiatives:

The U.S. base salary range for this full-time position is $75,000 to $90,000. Within the range, individual pay is determined based on several factors, including, but not limited to, work experience and job knowledge, complexity of the role, job location, etc.
