Area Sales Manager Nestlé Professional - Karachi
**Location:** Karachi, Pakistan **Company:** Nestlé Pakistan Ltd. **Job Type:** Full-time **Position Summary** Responsible for being the key point of contact for all Sales Operations–including Field Sales, Distributors, and Customers–within the assigned Area/Territory. The role ensures delivery of business objectives, execution of channel/category plans, and development of a high-performing sales team while upholding Nestlé principles and standards. **A Day in the Life…** + Deliver agreed sales targets and KPIs for the assigned Area/Territory. + Develop and implement the field sales plan in line with Nestlé Professional strategies. + Effectively manage distributors/customers and oversee their daily operations. + Ensure flawless execution of Channel & Category (CCSD) initiatives at the Point of Purchase (POP)/Outlets based on priority channels and categories. + Ensure delivery of high-quality, accurate, and timely market information and reporting. + Uphold Nestlé principles, policies, and compliance standards across all operations. + Coach, motivate, and develop Distributor’s Sales Teams and Nestlé Direct Sales Force. + Drive continuous improvement culture using Nestlé Continuous Excellence (NCE) methodologies. + Ensure effective placement and management of company assets i.e. chillers, Vending Machines (ROIC/ Throughput) **What Will Make You Successful** + Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Sales, Marketing, Business, or a related field. + 2–3 years of field sales and key account management experience; Out-of-Home (OOH) channel experience is highly preferred. + Ability to lead, coach, and develop a high-performing field sales team. + Strong work ethic with a self-starter attitude, integrity, and a performance-driven mindset. + Solid understanding of key sales functions including: + Channel & Category Sales Development (CCSD) + Customer Management & Negotiation + Distributor Handling & Trade Operations + B2B/Out-of-Home Sales Dynamics + Strong stakeholder management, collaboration, and communication skills. + Demonstrated capability to work under pressure and manage competing priorities.
