**Roles & Responsibilities** **Sales & Business Development** + You will be responsible for achieving business objectives in your designated sales territory while adhering to sales processes. + You will be responsible for achieving Monthly Volume / POS Targets, including 16" & above in GY and 14" & above in Kelly. + You will be responsible for appointing new dealers, onboarding new BROs, and increasing the market share. + You will be responsible for planning, executing, and reporting on sales activities in your assigned sales area. + You will be responsible for monitoring sales performance against agreed targets and recommending/implementing remedial actions where necessary. + You will be responsible for adhering to the Beat Plan & PJP. + You will be responsible for providing feedback on competitor activities, pricing, and market movements. + You will be responsible for delivering on AOP (Volume, product mix, Channel activation & expansion). **Relationship Management** + You will be responsible for maintaining strong relationships with key dealers (BRO/MBR). + You will be responsible for supporting and coordinating with dealers, ensuring smooth order placement and timely collections, and stepping in during their absence when required. + You will be responsible for cooperating with other departments to implement approved service solutions effectively. **Reporting & Analysis** + You will be responsible for preparing and submitting timely and accurate reports. + You will be responsible for delivering periodical progress reports and proactively submitting recommendations for improving the approach to the marketplace.
