We are seeking a result-oriented, thorough, and organized sales supervisor to join our growing team. In this position, you will play a key role in providing excellent customer service and growing company revenue. You will supervise and coordinate the schedules of the sales representatives to meet and exceed sales quotas.
Job Description:
Motivating staff and leading the team to achieve sales targets in assigned areaManaging the sales team and sales activities within the company including interviewing new member of the team.Coaching and carrying out sales training with sales representatives and role-playing sales techniques.Reporting on progress towards sales KPI's (weekly field report).To collect the market competitor data in the responsible area as assigned.Set up sales targets and activity key performance indicators.Visiting customers and potential customers alongside sales executives.Liaising with other departments within the company.Chasing leads and following up on opportunities to generate sales.Arranging to attend industry conferences and events.Networking with companies in the industry.Good communication both Thai and English.In-depth knowledge of applicable legal and compliance framework.Extensive experience working in a team-oriented, collaborative environment.Must have car and driving license.Flexible and be able to travel at all time.To build a good company image.Other jobs as assigned by Management.
