• Build and execute a focused regional growth plan for direct customers and channel partners.
• Drive new business development through prospecting, customer meetings, technical discussions and closures.
• Strengthen dealer and distributor performance through structured reviews, follow-ups and market coverage.
• Lead product demonstrations, premium product launches and customer trials with a value-selling approach.
• Manage sales targets, pipeline movement and 3, 6 and 9-month forecasts with strong commercial discipline.
• Improve pricing, conversion quality, stock availability and customer engagement across assigned markets.
• Prepare effective customer presentations, value stories and solution-led discussions for key accounts.
• Track competitor activity, customer needs, regulatory changes and market opportunities for sharper execution.

• 8-15 years of relevant B2B sales and business development experience in industrial products or consumables.
• Strong exposure to Metal Working Fluids, Industrial Lubricants or closely allied technical product categories.
• Proven ability to manage dealers, distributors, direct customers, trials, negotiations and sales closures.
• Comfortable engaging with purchase, production, maintenance, plant and senior management teams.
• Based in Pune or open to Pune, with readiness to travel across key Maharashtra industrial markets.
• Professional, presentable, target-driven and capable of building credibility through technical and commercial discussions.
